About Us

Chef John Malik

John is Greenville's first chef with a James Beard Best Chef nomination. He has a wealth of Executive Chef/F&B Director experience from hotels to CCRCs and independent restaurants and has helped solve food cost issues at his client's restaurants. He writes the City Juice column for the Greenville Journal and has been a mentor to many young chefs in the Greenville area.

 We'll sit down and listen to your challenges to understand if we can help, and if we are a good fit for one another.

We'll offer you our proposal within 48 to 72 hours after our initial meeting. Our proposal will define success within a given time frame.

Dessert

Price Varies depending on the issue.

We get to work on solving your challenge. 

Tasting Menu

We will accept a percentage of profit

RSG takes over management of your operation. We bring  in our know how and savvy and in return accept a percentage of profit. We don't get paid until we create and manage the best scenario for all parties.
